Speaker: Jenny Price

Jenny Price, writer and environmental historian, has written often about the Los Angeles River and gives frequent tours. Author of Flight Maps: Adventures with Nature in Modern America, she has published in GOOD, Audubon, the Believer New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Washington Post, and  is a regular contributor to the "Native Intelligence" column on "LA Observed." She lives in Venice Beach, where she is working on her new book 13 Ways of Seeing Nature in L.A.
